Retail center lot

Sealcoat & re-stripe

A retail center parking lot before work — the asphalt faded to pale grey, cracks running the length of the surface and across the stalls, and stall lines worn down to faint marks, with a gas station and storefronts across the street. The same lot after work — an even black sealed surface with crisp white stall lines down both sides of the drive lane, and a blue accessible space with a hatched access aisle at the near corner. Oxidized and cracking end to end, then sealed and laid back out — a full white stall layout both sides of the drive lane, with an accessible space and hatched access aisle at the storefront corner.

Office building lot

After

A single-storey office building's parking lot striped in white — angled stalls across the near half and straight rows along the tree line, over a sealed surface that still shows cracking, with two blue dumpsters at the far corner.

Restriped over an aging surface — stalls, drive lanes and the approach to the dumpster pad brought back to a full layout without resurfacing.
